Kevin Jennings - When Will We Learn? The call for anti-bullying laws and policies

I don't know what is proposed in such laws, but anti-bullying education can ameliorate a series of problems. One thing that needs to be included in any anti-bullying law worth its salt is to hold responsible any teacher who consistently condones bullying behavior. Teachers are often in-the-know about students being bullied, even in severe cases, and like Germans in nazi Germany, they turn their heads the other way in so many cases.

The other thing I find disturbing in the media coverage is that I didn't see any interviews or investigation of Cho's teachers when he was a child or adolescent. It was some ex-classmates that volunteered the information that he was bullied. What were his previous teachers like, I wonder?
